●All tickets are for specified dates and times.
●To enter the exhibition, all visitors must exchange their tickets for a special admission ticket at the ticket counter on the 3rd Floor of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower.
●After ticket purchase, no change of date, time, or ticket type will be accepted, nor will refunds or reissuance of tickets be made under any circumstances, including loss, theft, or damage.
●Please arrive at the designated entrance time indicated on your ticket. You cannot enter earlier than the designated entrance time.
●If you miss the entrance designated time, you may be denied admission on the day of your visit. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.
●Detached tickets will not be valid.
●Re-entry with a ticket once used is not allowed.
●Reselling or transferring tickets is strictly prohibited.
●When accompanying one ticket holder for the following conditions, free admission for accompanying visitors will apply.
1.Ticket-holding parent or guardian over 18 years old may accompany one preschool child for free admission.
2. One person over 18 years old may accompany one visitor with both a valid ticket and a physical disability certificate free of charge as a "caregiver" to assist the visitor.
If the caregiver accompanies the person with a disability certificate, the person with the disability certificate must present the purchased ticket and the certificate to the staff at the time of admission. The caregiver does not need to purchase a ticket. However, caregivers cannot experience the Monster AR Experience Zone.

●You cannot use the shop only to purchase goods. In addition, the merchandise sales area is located at the end of the venue route, therefore, it is not possible to use the shop first nor return to the exhibition area from the shop.

●Please check this website for ticket details and precautions. Changes may be made without notice. We kindly advise to check this website before purchasing tickets and prior to your visit to the exhibition.

●There is an age restriction on the use of the Meta Quest 3 AR headset for the Monster AR Experience Zone. For details, please refer to [Important Notice on Meta Quest 3]. The organizer will not be responsible for any accidents caused by disregarding the precautions.

Important Notice on Meta Quest 3.
●The Meta Quest 3 headset is intended for ages 13 and above.
●Children under 10 years old will not be provided with the Meta Quest 3 headset but will be provided with a similar experience using a tablet device.
●Children between the ages of 10 and 12 may use the Meta Quest 3 headset if accompanied by a parent or guardian and with their consent.
●Depending on the on-site crowds, visitors may be required to wait to enter the venue regardless of the designated entrance time.
●Please refrain from taking photographs, videos, and recordings at the venue where "No Photography, Video or Recording" signs or similar instructions are displayed.
●Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other visitors. If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, we may have no choice but to ask you to leave the premises. In such cases, the ticket fee will not be refunded.
●The organizer will not be liable for any accidents caused by visitors' failure to follow the instructions and precautions of the staff.
