Important Notice

Notice to Visitors
  • Re-entry will not be permitted once you exit the exhibition venue.
  • Persons entering with an Under 13 ticket may be asked to show identification.
  • All exchanging (giving and receiving) and trading activities related to this exhibition are strictly prohibited within or in the vicinity of the exhibition venue.
  • Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other visitors. In the event you fail to comply with the instructions from staff, we may have no choice but to request for you to vacate the premises. No refund will be given for the ticket price in such instances.
  • The organizers will not be held liable for any accidents caused by the failure by the visitors to follow the instructions and precautions of the staff.
  • The organizers will not be held responsible for any theft, misplacement or loss, etc. Please take care of your own of personal belongings, including luggage and valuables.
  • Please refrain from running inside the venue as it is not only disturbing to other visitors but also very dangerous.
  • The exhibition may be canceled without notice due to natural disasters or unforeseen accidents. In addition, some of the exhibition contents may be changed without prior notice.
  • The exhibition may be covered by the media during the exhibition period. Photopraphs or video footage of the exhibition may be published or broadcast by media outlets or social media sites.
  • A security check of your belongings may be performed at the time of admission.

Regarding Purchase of Tickets
  • All tickets are sold for fixed dates and times.
  • To enter the exhibition, all visitors must exchange their original tickets for an admission ticket at the ticket counter on the 3rd Floor of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower.
  • No changes will be accepted, including change of date, time, or ticket type, once your ticket has been issued, nor will refunds or reissuance of tickets be given under any circumstances (including loss, theft, or damage).
  • Please note that admission to the exhibition will only be permitted within one hour of the time designated on your ticket. You may be denied admission if you are late for the designated entrance time. No refunds on your ticket will be given in such cases.
  • Visitors may be requested to wait before entering the exhibition venue regardless of the designated entrance time due to overcrowding.
  • Tickets are deemed invalid if ticket stub has been retatched.
  • Resales or transfers of tickets is strictly prohibited.
  • Free admission may be permitted to those accompanying a ticket holder on the following conditions:
    1. One pre-school aged child will be permitted free admission when accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or guardian over 18 years of age. In case of two or more preschool aged children, please purchase an under-13 ticket for those exceeding the number permitted for free admissions.
    2. One person over the age of 18 years may be permitted free admission when accompanying a visitor with both a valid ticket and a physical disability certificate as a “caregiver” to assist the visitor.
    If the caregiver accompanies the person with a disability certificate, the person with the disability certificate must present the purchased ticket along with the certificate to the staff at the time of admission. The caregiver is not not required to purchase a ticket. However, caregivers will not be eligible to experience the Monster AR Experience Zone or purchase products at the official merchandise shop.
  • In the event you enter the exhibition close to the final admission time (20:00), you may not make it in time for last orders of the collaboration menu items at the “DAISHURYO CAFÉ”. Your understanding of this is appreciated in advance.
  • Please check the official website for ticketing details and precautions. Changes may be made without notice. We kindly advise you to check this website before purchasing tickets as well as immediately prior to your visit to the exhibition.
Regarding “Special Postcard Box Set ticket”
  • Holders of the “Special Postcard Box Set ticket” will receive one (1) “Grand Exhibition Limited Special Postcard BOX Fatalis ver.”
  • Your special offer is redeemable in exchange for your ticket stub (ticket issued at the at the ticket counter on the 3rd Floor of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower) at the official merchandise shop. Please make sure to pick up your special offer at the venue as they cannot be sent by mail.
  • Your right to redeem the special offer will be forfeited if you are unable to attend the event for any reason and no refunds will be made in such cases.
  • No exchanges or returns will be accepted for the special offer for any reason with the exception of defects found on the items.
  • The Special offer is redeemable by the ticket holder only and will not be redeemable by anyone else on their behalf.
Regarding Purchase of Official Merchandise
  • The official merchandise shop is accessible only through the entire exhibition space and cannot be entered solely for the the purpose of purchasing goods.
  • The official merchandiseshop is located beyond the exhibition route, therefore, it is not possible to enter the shop before the exhibition, nor return to the exhibition space from the shop. Please visit the shop afterthe exhibition. (Re-entry to either the exhibition space or the official merchandise shop is not permitted.)
  • The official merchandise shop is accessible only on the day of admission to the exhibition.
  • Admission ticket holders are limited to one checkout per admission. Please ensure that you do not miss out on any purchases. You may be asked to present your ticket at checkout.
  • Depending on the number of visitors in attendanceon the day of your visit, you may be required to wait in line for a significant length of time to enter the official merchandise shop and/or pay for your purchases.
  • Stocks are limited on all products sold. Please note in advance that certain items may already be sold out at the time the doors open on the day of your visit. Your admission tickets will not be refunded due to sold-out merchandise.
  • Purchase of a ticket to the exhibition does not guarantee the opportunity to purchase every product sold at the official merchandise shop.
  • Some products maynot be released on sale until after the event and may only be available to purchase online.
  • Purchase of official merchandise for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.
  • It is not possible for non-exhibition visitors to purchase any exhibition merchandise either for themselves or on behalf of others.
  • Use of the official merchandise shop as a meeting place is prohibited.
  • Photography, audio recording, video shooting or any other recording activities are prohibited inside the official merchandise shop. We also ask you to refrain from using smartphones (as well as tablets and PCs) and mobile phones inside the official merchandise shop for any purpose with the exception of payment at the check-out counter.
  • Exchange or handover of purchased goods inside or outside the exhibition venue, public spaces or at nearby facilities is strictly prohibited as it may disturb those operating or visiting such nearby facilities.
  • There is no inventory allocation for each item for each given day.
  • We are unable to respond to enquiries regarding product inventory (e.g., the latest stock counts and delivery schedules, etc.).
  • We do not accept reservations, layaways, or later delivery for items that are sold out.
  • A limit has been set to the number of each product a visitor is able to purchase. Purchases are limited to 3 of each product type or 3 boxes in case of trading items. Please check the sign with item availability in the shop for details.
    *The “Hunter's Treat” is an exception at 8 packs per purchase.
  • In the event you are found holding a number of items exceeding the purchase limit, a staff member may request for you to follow the guidelines on the purchase limit. Please note that the purchase limit may be changed or sales of certain products may be suspended without prior notice.
  • Trading items are blind packaged, therefore, cannot be selected based on design patterns. As the items are sold at random, there is a probability that some of the items you purchase will be identical to each other in case you purchase multiple packs. Please also note that purchasing an entire box set does not guarantee that you will be able to collect the entire set of the items.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted in any case whatsoever, with the exception of initial defects.
  • Exchanges for initially defective products must be claimed within 7 days of the purchase of the product to the contact information listed in the product packaging. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.
  • Please make sure to retain the receipt from the time of purchase. You will be requested to submit both the receipt and the defective product for confirmation upon claiming for an exchange for a defectuve item. In case of an exchange for a defective trading product, the defective product will be exchanged for a good product in the same design as the returned defective product.
  • Please be sure to check your bill on the spot. We will not be able to deal with any accounting errors such as wrong change after you have left the venue.
  • All Product images are presented for reference purposes only. The colors and designs may differ from the actual products.
  • Product specifications are subject to change without notice. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
  • In case of cach payments, to reduce congestion at the checkout counter, we ask for your cooperation in paying in exact change whenever possible.
  • We do not accept home delivery service or gift wrapping of products.
  • Please do not cut into the queue. Even if your companion is in line ahead of you, please make sure to line up at the end of the line. If you leave the line and return, you will be asked to re-join the line at the end, not at the same location.
  • We will not be held responsible for any theft, quarrels or accidents that may occur between customers at the official merchandise shop.
  • Please refrain from running inside the official merchandise shop as it is very dangerous.
  • Please follow the instructions of the staff at the official merchandise shop. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or service.
  • Payments are accepted in credit cards*1, electronic money*2, and transportation system IC*3 in addition to cash.

  • Payments by credit card, electronic money, or transportation system IC may take longer than payment by cash. Please note that credit card payments may not be available due to unavoidable circumstances on the day of your visit.
  • In accordance with environment protection measures, plastic shopping bags will be provided at cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in reducing plastic waste.
  • The launch date for certain products may be postponed or cancelled.
  • All listed product prices include tax.
  • All products to be sold at the official merchandise shop were developed and produced to commemorate this exhibition (with the exception of a few items).
General Guidelines
  • Photography, including stills and video is permitted with cell phones and smartphones only in all areas of the exhibition with the exception of the “Monster AR Experience Zone” and the “Official Merchandise Shop.” However, please refrain from using film or digital cameras or standalone video cameras. Use of flash, selfie sticks, tripods, or any other photographic aids are also prohibited. Please be considerate of people around you and follow the instructions from staff when taking photos or videos.
    *For safety reasons, we may ask you to refrain from taking photos when the venue is crowded.
    *Publication of photos that include other visitors or staff without consent may violate portrait rights.
    *Taking photos for commercial or profit-making purposes is strictly prohibited.
    *The organizers will not be held responsible for any use of images taken by visitors.
  • Please set your cell phones and smartphones to silent mode and refrain from using them inside the exhibition venue for any purposes with the exception of taking photos in the exhibition area and making a payment at the official merchandise shop.
  • Do not touch the exhibits or display stands.
  • Eating and drinking is prohibited in the exhibition area.
  • For the protection of exhibits and for operational safety, large luggage is not allowed into the venue. Please use the lockers on the 52nd floor.
    *Please note that there is a limited number of lockers available.
    *A luggage storage space with wire locks is also available in the large luggage area as an alternative.
Important Notice on “Monster AR Experience Zone”
  • The “Monster AR Experience” is only offered once per visitor. (AR experience guidance approx. 5mins/ AR experience approx. 6 mins/ AR equipment retrieval approx. 3mins)
  • Returning to previous areas, such as the Entrance, Anniversary Theater, Weapon Projection, and Armor Interactive Monitor, will not be permitted after the AR experience.
  • The Meta Quest 3 headset is intended for ages 13 and above.
  • Children under 10 years of age will not be provided with a Meta Quest 3 headset but will be provided with a similar experience using a tablet device.
  • Children between the ages of 10 and 12 may use the Meta Quest 3 headset only if accompanied by a parent or guardian and with their consent.
  • Please do not touch the AR headset and controllers until instructed by the staff.
  • Photography is not permitted during the AR experience.
  • Please avoid touching the lens and buttons (power/ volume/ interpupillary distance, IPD) on the AR headset.

FAQ

How long does it take to view the exhibition?
It takes about one hour, depending on the pace of your viewing.
How long can I experience “Monster AR Experience Zone”?
It is limited to one session per person (approx. 6 minutes).
Is it possible to shoot photos or videos?
Photos and videos may be shot but only with cell phones and smartphones, with the exception of the “Monster AR Experience Zone” and the “Official Merchandise Shop” where no photography is allowed. However, please refrain from using a flash, selfie sticks, tripods, or any other photographic aids. Please be considerate of the others around you when taking pictures photos and follow the instructions from staff.

*Publication of photos that include other customers or staff may violate portrait rights.
*Taking photos for commercial or profit-making purposes is strictly prohibited.
*The organizers will not be held responsible for any use of images taken by customers.
Am I permitted to post the videos and photos I took on social media?
Videos and photos you have taken may only be used for non-commercial purposes, such as posting on personal social media. However, please refrain from including third parties in your videos or photos.
Am I permitted to bring small children?
There are no age restrictions. One pre-school aged child may be accompanied by one visitor (parent or guardian) of 18 years of age or older for free. However, for the “Monster AR Experience Zone,” children between the ages of 10 and 12 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians and must have their consent before using the AR headset. Children under 10 years old will be provided with the same experience using a tablet device instead of an AR headset. We appreciate your understanding on this in advance.
Can I bring my luggage to the venue?
Large luggage is not permitted inside the venue. Please use the lockers on the 52nd floor. Please note that the number of lockers is limited.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Wheelchair access is available. Please note that this may cause some inconvenience depending on how crowded the venue is.
Can I enter with a stroller?
Strollers are not permitted inside the venue. Please use the stroller storage area on the 52nd floor.
*We will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of strollers left unattended.
*Please make sure to take your valuables with you when leaving your stroller.
Is there a waiting time to enter?
Visitors may be requested to wait in line before entering the venue depending on how crowded is inside the venue, regardless of designated entrance time.
Are there any restrooms in the exhibition area?
There are no restrooms inside the exhibition area. Please use the restroom before entering the exhibition venue.
I forgot to bring my ticket.
If you forget or lose your ticket, admission will not be permitted. Please make sure to bring your ticket with you when you visit the exhibition.
I lost my ticket. Is it possible to reissue a new ticket?
Tickets cannot be re-issued for any reason after initial purchase.
I want to cancel or change my purchased ticket.
Cancellation or change of tickets is not possible under any circumstances after purchase. Please check the ticket type carefully before purchase.
Do you offer group or senior citizen discounts?
No, discounts are not offered for groups or senior citizens.
Do you offer discounts for people with a disability certificate?
No, there is no discount for disability certificate holders. However, one person 18 years of age or older may accompany one person holding both a ticket and a disability certificate free of charge as a “caregiver” to assist the disabled person. If the caregiver accompanies the person with a disability certificate, the person with the disability certificate must present the purchased ticket as well as the certificate to the staff at the time of entry. The caregiver does not need to purchase a ticket. However, caregivers will not be able to experience the Monster AR Experience Zone nor be able to purchase items at the official merchandise shop. We appreciate your understanding on this in advance.
I would like to purchase tickets for next month and beyond.
All tickets are sold for specifiic dates and times. Please confirm the date and time when you purchasing tickets at Ticket Pia or Seven-Eleven stores.
I will be arriving later than the time on my ticket, What should I do?
Please enter within an hour of the time you have made your purchase. If you are running late due to unavoidable circumstances, please consult the staff upon arrival.

Can I purchase tickets on the day of the event?
Admission tickets can be purchased at Ticket Pia, Seven-Eleven stores, and the ticket counter on the 3rd floor of Mori Tower. However, advance purchase is recommended as the number of tickets is limited and tickets may sell out.
I made two purchases by mistake. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not available.
